Franken Fran is the sickest, most twisted, horrifying manga ever. It's totally awesome!!!
It's about a frankenstien-inspired girl who does operations on people who would otherwise die in order to save their lives...except she usually does something wrong and they end up worse than dead in some cases. But she has good intentions, honest!

And she's so cuuuuuuuteeee....~ *zombiefied look*
I hope they translate it into english. I would totally buy it. X3
